$STATS · documentation

Post your call. Share the fees.

STATS shares $STATS creator fees with holders who put their name on the coin: a Callout on pump.fun or a thesis on fomo. No post, no share.

Overview

Bundles, terminals and bots turned launches into silent charts. $STATS is a bet on the old way: people calling coins in public and backing it with a bag. The coin's creator fees go to the people doing that, on both platforms where it already happens natively.

NativeNo forms on this site. You post where you already trade.
PublicEvery caller, payout and transaction is visible.
Fees onlyFunded only by creator fees, never by the treasury.

Eligibility

  • ✓The wallet holds $STATS at payout time.
  • ✓That same wallet has a live pump.fun Callout on $STATS, or the fomo account that owns it has a thesis on $STATS.
  • ✓The holding is above the minimum (see Parameters).
  • ✗Holding without a post earns nothing.
  • ✗Deleted posts and sold-out wallets drop off before the next payout.

How payouts work

  1. 1
ClaimCreator fees are claimed to the fee wallet on a fixed cadence.
  2. 2
SnapshotCurrent holders are read from chain and matched to their pump.fun Callouts and fomo theses.
  3. 3
Re-checkRight before sending, every wallet is re-checked: still holding, post still up.
  4. 4
PaySOL is sent to eligible callers. Each payout is published with its transaction. Amounts too small to send roll into the next round.

Fair play

  • •One wallet, one caller. Posting on both platforms doesn't double count.
  • •Per-wallet cap so no single bag takes the payout.
  • •Spam, copy-paste and empty posts can be excluded.
  • •Splitting a bag across wallets doesn't help: the split is by balance, and each wallet needs its own post.

FAQ

Do I have to buy on pump.fun or fomo?

No. Buy $STATS however you like. What counts is that you hold it and have a public post on it: a pump.fun Callout or a fomo thesis.

How fast does my post show up?

fomo theses arrive through a live stream within seconds. pump.fun Callouts are picked up within about a minute of your wallet holding the coin.

I posted on both platforms. Do I get paid twice?

No. One wallet is one caller. Posting on both doesn't double your share.

My fomo thesis isn't counting.

fomo posts are matched to your fomo account's Solana wallet. That wallet needs to hold the coin. Matching runs once per new poster and can take a few minutes.

What if I delete my callout or sell?

You drop off the list. Both are re-checked right before every payout is sent.

When is the first payout?

After launch, once creator-fee sharing is verified and the payout machine is armed. Every payout is published with its transaction.

Is this a promise of returns?

No. Sharing depends entirely on $STATS trading volume, can change or stop, and may be zero.

Risks

$STATS is a memecoin with no claim on anything. Fee sharing is a discretionary program funded only by creator fees; it depends on trading volume, can change or stop, and may pay nothing. pump.fun and fomo are third-party platforms. Their features, data and terms can change, and this project isn't affiliated with either. Nothing here is financial advice.
